Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Visit residential and commercial areas to generate leads for rooftop solar installations.
  • Explain the benefits of solar energy, government subsidies, and electricity bill savings.
  • Distribute brochures and promotional materials.
  • Collect customer details and schedule site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain daily records of visits, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve assigned lead generation targets.
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.
  • Requirements:Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is an advantage).
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area.
  • Basic smartphone knowledge for updating lead information.
  • Experience in field marketing, sales, or door-to-door campaigns is preferred but freshers with confidence are
