Job Description
Field Sales Executive - Residential Rooftop Solar (Nagpur/Vidarbha)
Satyanam Solar is hiring freelance/commission-based Field Sales Executives for residential rooftop solar in Nagpur and Vidarbha.
What you'll do:
- Visit leads generated by our marketing team and pitch rooftop solar installation
- - Explain PM Surya Ghar subsidy scheme and net metering benefits to customers
- - Follow up on leads, close deals, and coordinate with our installation team
- - Build local trust through site visits and in-person meetings
Who we're looking for:
- Field sales / door-to-door sales experience (solar, fintech, insurance, or similar direct sales background preferred)
- - Own two-wheeler for travel within Nagpur/Vidarbha
- - Comfortable speaking Hindi/Marathi with local customers
- - Self-driven, target-oriented
