About I Feel Dance Company

I Feel Dance Company is a growing dance and entertainment company specializing in wedding choreography, event performances, dance studio programs, workshops and creative event experiences.

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads for our services.

Job Responsibilities

* Manage 'I Feel' Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.

* Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.

* Create and coordinate engaging Reels, posts, stories and promotional content.

* Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns for wedding choreography, events, studio admissions and workshops.

* Generate and track quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.

* Monitor campaign performance, CPL, leads and conversions.

* Coordinate with the choreography and creative team for content creation.

* Write attractive captions, ad copy and promotional messages.

* Research competitors, trends and new digital marketing opportunities.

* Manage and improve the company’s Google Business Profile and online presence.

* Maintain proper records of leads and marketing activities.

* Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

* Continuously test new ideas to increase reach, engagement and business enquiries.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of Instagram & Facebook marketing

* Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager

* Lead generation and campaign optimization

* Good understanding of Reels and short-form video content

* Basic Canva/design skills

* Basic video editing knowledge

* Good English/Hindi communication

* Creative thinking and content ideas

* Basic knowledge of analytics and performance reporting

* Ability to work with deadlines

Education

Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, BBA/MBA Marketing or any relevant field.

Candidates with strong practical digital marketing skills may also be considered regardless of specialization.

Experience

1–3 years preferred.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge, internships, portfolio work or successful personal/business campaigns can also apply.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
