📌 Job Responsibilities

• कंपनी के Real Estate Projects की Sales और Marketing करना।
• नए Customers से Contact करना और उन्हें Projects की जानकारी देना।
• Leads पर Calling और Follow-up करना।
• Customers की Requirement समझकर उन्हें सही Property/Plot दिखाना।
• Site Visits के लिए Customers को Coordinate करना।
• Site Visit के दौरान Customers को Project की पूरी जानकारी देना।
• Customers के साथ अच्छे Professional Relationships बनाना।
• Sales Targets को Achieve करने के लिए Team के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
• Daily Calls, Follow-ups और Sales Activities की रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
• पुराने और नए Leads का नियमित Follow-up करना।
• Property Booking और Documentation Process में Customer की सहायता करना।

🎯 Candidate Profile

• अच्छी Communication Skills होनी चाहिए।
• Sales और Marketing में Interest होना चाहिए।
• Customer Handling और Negotiation Skills अच्छी हों।
• Hindi बोलना आवश्यक है; English का Basic Knowledge होने पर बेहतर।
• Positive Attitude और Target-Oriented होना चाहिए।
• Real Estate Sales का Experience होने पर Preference दी जाएगी।
