PhonePe – Field Sales Executive (Loan Department)Position: Field Sales Executive (FSE)
Department: Loan Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives
Work Mode: Field Sales
- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert business opportunities for loan products through field sales.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Explain suitable loan products, eligibility criteria and application process.
- Coordinate with customers throughout the loan application journey.
- Collect and verify required customer documents as per process.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Update customer and sales activity details in the designated system/app.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI, lending or financial services preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
