Sales Executive

• The Sales Executive – Domestic is responsible for generating new business through IndiaMART, managing existing customers, handling customer enquiries, and managing the complete sales and order process from initial enquiry to order completion. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, customer relationship management, and coordination skills..

• IndiaMART: Check incoming enquiries/leads, contact customers, follow up regularly, and convert leads into confirmed orders..

• MS Excel: Maintain customer data, sales records, enquiries, follow-ups, and order-related information..

• Zoho Books: Handle sales/order entries, customer details, invoices, and other sales-related transactions..

• End-to-End Order Handling: Manage the complete process from receiving enquiries to quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, internal coordination, and customer follow-up..

• Existing Customers: Maintain regular communication with existing customers, generate repeat orders, and manage customer relationships..

• New Customer Development: Generate and develop new clients through IndiaMART and other available sources..
