About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic, confident, and communication-savvy Telecaller to join our team in the sports industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, sports academies, schools, colleges, clubs, coaches, retailers, and other sports-related businesses to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our products and services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to customers and sports-related businesses.
• Communicate with sports academies, schools, colleges, clubs, coaches, retailers, and distributors.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.
• Explain product features, availability, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely assistance.
• Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal team for product availability, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Collect customer feedback and market information.
• Ensure timely follow-up on customer enquiries and requests.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Hindi communication; basic to good English preferred.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Interest in sports, fitness, or sporting goods will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
