Job Description
· Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
· Explain the company's financial products and services.
· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
· Schedule appointments for Relationship Managers.
· Experience in financial services (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Wealth Management) is preferred.
· Clear, confident spoken English and Hindi; Gujarati or Marathi is a strong plus.
· A pleasant, natural telephone voice and the ability to hold a real two-way conversation — listening, not reciting.
· HSC minimum; graduate preferred. 1–3 years in tele calling, telesales or appointment generation, ideally in BFSI, is preferred but not essential.
