Telecaller

SUMMARY

Nidhi Decor Pvt. Ltd. is a growing home décor company offering a wide range of products including wallpapers, 

decorative wall panels, bedsheets and other home improvement products through online marketplaces and our own 

website.

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller who can communicate with customers professionally, follow 

up on leads and orders, and help improve customer satisfaction and sales.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

Good command of Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an advantage.

Basic knowledge of Excel and computer operations.

Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and responsible attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Attend incoming customer calls and answer product-related 

queries. Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our products. Explain product features, prices, offers 

and delivery information clearly. Convert customer enquiries and leads into confirmed orders. Follow up on pending, 

COD and unconfirmed orders. Contact customers when order verification or address confirmation is required. Assist 

customers with basic order, delivery, return or product-related queries. Maintain proper records of calls, leads and 

customer follow-ups. Update customer information and call status in Excel, CRM or company systems. Coordinate 

with the sales, customer support and operations teams when required. Follow up with previous customers for repeat 

orders and feedback. Maintain polite, professional and positive communication with every customer. Achieve daily and 

monthly calling and conversion targets.

QUALIFICATION

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred. Freshers can apply. Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer 

support or e-commerce will be an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

0–2 years in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE

Confident and comfortable speaking on calls. Energetic and sales-oriented. Polite and customer-friendly. Good at 

maintaining regular follow-ups. Responsible and punctual. Able to work with daily calling and sales targets.
