Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate with 3+ years of recruitment experience who has strong sourcing skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment. The candidate should have experience hiring for Digital Marketing roles, Agency requirements, and BFSI recruitment. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up with candidates

• Maintain a strong pipeline of relevant candidates

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

• Experience hiring for Digital Marketing, Agency, and BFSI roles preferred

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives (after achieving monthly targets)

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
