The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a customer-centric approach to ensure smooth outlet functioning, team productivity, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Manage complete restaurant operations for both Dine-In and Cloud Kitchen formats.

Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet while maintaining quality, hygiene, and service standards.

Monitor food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Identify and implement strategies to improve outlet performance and profitability.

Team Management

Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.

Manage manpower planning, rostering, attendance, and shift scheduling.

Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.

Foster a positive work culture and maintain high employee engagement.

Customer Service & Complaint Handling

Ensure exceptional guest experience at all times.

Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Build strong customer relationships and maintain service standards.

Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions when required.

Reporting & Management Coordination

Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

Track outlet performance, sales, inventory, wastage, and operational issues.

Communicate business updates, challenges, and improvement plans to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Problem Solving & Business Growth

Take ownership of outlet challenges and provide effective solutions.

Drive sales growth and operational improvements.

Maintain inventory control and minimize wastage.

Work proactively to elevate the outlet to higher performance standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian Cuisine restaurant.

Hands-on experience managing both Dine-In and Cloud Kitchen operations.

Strong team handling and leadership experience.

Proven experience in customer relationship management and complaint resolution.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage rostering, staffing, and daily operational challenges.

Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and result-oriented approach.

Gujarati and Indian cuisine experience will be preferred.

Candidate should be capable of driving outlet growth and maintaining operational excellence.
