Residential Sales Executive
Preferred Candidates: Candidates residing in Vangani, Badlapur, Ambernath, Ulhasnagar, Vital-wadi, Kalyan, Dombivli, or nearby areas.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Commission
Job Location : Badlapur & Kalyan
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Sell residential properties
- Conduct site visits and project presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Possess knowledge of carpet area, stamp duty, registration process, and basic real estate documentation.
Requirements
- Male candidate.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
- Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and lead management skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM is preferred.
