Job Description
JOB DISCRIPTION:
PURCHASE ASSISTANT
- Manage the purchasing of materials and products as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate prices and payment terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO).
- Monitor stock availability and inventory.
- Follow up on product deliveries and supplier payments.
- Maintain purchase records, bills, and invoices.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely procurement.
Requirements:
- Experience in Purchase/Procurement.
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Experience: 1-2 Years
Job timing: 10:30PM To 8:00PM
Monthly 2 Rotational Week Offs
