CRM Executive

*About the role*

You own each quotation from the day it is sent until it becomes an order or a clear no. This is not data entry. You will be measured on how many of your quotations convert, not on how many you send.

*Responsibilities*

- Verify part number, brand and specification with the customer before quoting

- Prepare and submit quotations within committed timelines, complete with price, delivery, terms and validity

- Follow up on every quotation by phone and email until you get a decision — not just a reminder mail

- When an order is lost, find out the real reason: price, delivery, specification, or competitor — and record it

- Check every incoming PO against our quotation line by line, and raise mismatches in writing the same day

- Identify winnable enquiries and work them actively; escalate to management where a price or term decision is needed

- Keep the CRM current daily

- Submit a weekly report — quotations sent, converted, lost, and reasons

*Requirements*

- Graduate, 2–5 years in inside sales, sales coordination or customer service

- Industrial or engineering background preferred, not essential

- Comfortable calling a customer who is not responding

- Able to ask why we lost an order without sounding like a complaint

- Careful with numbers — reads a PO rather than glancing at it

- Clear Hindi and English, spoken and written

- Excel and email; ability to learn a ERP and experience with accounting system (tally)
