Job Description
· Preparation and processing of customer invoices and bills.
· Coordination with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch.
· Handling customer service activities and maintaining effective customer communication.
· Preparation, processing, and management of purchase orders.
· Following up on outstanding payments through emails and phone calls.
· Preparation, updating, and maintenance of stock records and inventory sheets.
· Maintaining accurate purchase, sales, and inventory records.
· Coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
· Performing other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
