• Job ResponsibilitiesAssist Chefs and Kitchen Staff in daily food preparation activities.
• Wash, peel, cut, chop and prepare vegetables and other ingredients as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations and equipment.
• Assist in receiving, storing and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene and kitchen SOPs.
• Support chefs during busy hours to ensure timely order preparation.
• Maintain proper waste segregation and disposal.
• Clean utensils, equipment and kitchen areas as required.
• Ensure ingredients and kitchen items are available at the required stations.
• Follow instructions given by the Chef / Kitchen Manager.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality and professional behaviour at the workplace.
• RequirementsPrevious kitchen/restaurant experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
• Good teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
