Counter Salesperson And Kitchen Helper

We are looking for 2 staff members to join our Authentic Banarasi Chaat Shop in Mira Road, Mumbai.

1. Counter Salesperson

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders
• Serve customers politely and efficiently
• Manage the counter and maintain cleanliness
• Coordinate with the kitchen for orders

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a food outlet/restaurant preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic knowledge of billing and payments
• Honest, punctual and well-mannered
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities:

• Assist the chef/chaat maker with food preparation
• Help with chopping, preparation and serving
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
• Assist in stock arrangement and other kitchen work
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant/food outlet preferred
• Hardworking and disciplined
• Good hygiene and cleanliness habits
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
