Job Description
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
Handle escalated inquiries and resolve student or parent concerns.
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and retention.
Monitor fee collections and outstanding payments.
Ensure timely collection of fees and maintain financial discipline.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management.
Plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate digital and offline marketing initiatives with the marketing team.
