Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and accounting software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, and payment entries.
• Handle bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and approvals.
• Support monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Assist during internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• QualificationBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• PreferredExperience in a manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ZOHO systems is preferred.
