Job Title: Accountant

Location

• Mumbai (On-site) (Bandra west)

Salary

• 40,000 per month

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field - nutracutical e-commerce

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. Handle GST compliance, including preparation, reconciliation, and timely filing of GST returns.

• Monitor and record daily income, expenses, and cash flow transactions. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.

• Track investor funds, maintain proper utilization records, and provide periodic reports on fund allocation and expenditure.

• Proactively monitor company finances and alert management regarding unusual

• transactions, budget overruns, compliance risks, or cash flow concerns.

• Process and manage employee payroll and salary disbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain supporting documentation for all financial transactions.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as required. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of GST regulations, tax compliance, and statutory filings.

• Experience in preparing financial statements and monthly MIS reports. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and communicate financial insights effectively to management
