Job Description
Team Management: Recruit, train, guide, and motivate real estate sales agents.
Sales Targets: Set monthly/quarterly targets and monitor the team's performance.
Lead Management: Distribute leads among team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Handling: Support agents with important clients, negotiations, site visits, and closing deals.
Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to increase property sales and achieve revenue targets.
Performance Monitoring: Track calls, meetings, site visits, conversions, and individual agent performance.
Training & Coaching: Conduct regular training on property knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation, and CRM usage.
Market Knowledge: Keep the team updated on property prices, projects, competitors, and market trends.
Documentation: Ensure proper completion of booking forms, agreements, KYC, and other required documents.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for senior management.
Coordination: Coordinate with developers, channel partners, marketing teams, finance, and legal/documentation departments.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensure good customer service and resolve escalated client issues.
Motivation: Conduct team meetings, review performance, and create incentives or recognition programs.
Compliance: Ensure the team follows company policies and applicable real-estate regulations.
