Company is a digital-first content and storytelling agency building high-impact content across platforms. From producing digital campaigns for brands like Square Yards, Pidilite, and The Interior Company to creating IPs with platforms like Zee HIPI, Walt Disney, and Josh App — we focus on content that engages, entertains, and scales. 

We create everything from digital ads and AVs to viral short-form content and original IPs like Old Friends New Jokes (OFNJ) and Full Facts (FUFA). 

Role Overview 

We’re looking for a Video Editor who understands not just editing — but how content works on the internet. 

This is an AI-forward editing role, where you’ll combine traditional editing skills with modern AI tools to create fast, engaging, and high-performing content across formats — from ads and branded films to Reels, Shorts, and IP content. 

Key Responsibilities 

Editing & Content Creation 

• Edit digital ads, brand films (AVs), and social media content 
• Work on short-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube) with a strong sense of pacing and storytelling 
• Bring scripts and ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling, cuts, and transitions 
• Ensure content is optimized for retention, shareability, and platform performance 

AI-Driven Workflows 

• Use AI tools for faster editing, ideation, and enhancement 
• Integrate AI in workflows like:  
• Auto-cuts, subtitles, voiceovers, and translations 
• Visual enhancements, cleanups, and upscaling 
• AI-assisted storytelling, templates, and rapid iterations 
• Stay updated and experiment with latest AI tools for video and content creation 

Platform Optimization 

• Edit content keeping platform behaviors and formats in mind 
• Create strong hooks, fast pacing, and high-retention cuts 
• Adapt edits for multiple platforms and aspect ratios 

Collaboration 

• Work closely with creative producers, strategists, and writers 
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation discussions 
• Take feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment 

Design & Visual Enhancement 

• Support edits with basic design, graphics, text animation, and thumbnails 
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and quality 

Requirements / Skills 

• 2–5 years of experience in video editing (agency or content-focused setups preferred) 
• Strong proficiency in: 
• Adobe Premiere Pro 
• Photoshop 
• Canva 
• Working knowledge of After Effects (preferred but not mandatory) 
• Strong understanding of short-form content styles and trends 

AI Tools (Must-Have) 

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as (or similar to):  
• Runway / Pika / Descript / CapCut AI / Adobe Firefly / Midjourney (for assets) 
• Ability to integrate AI into daily editing workflows, not just experiment 
• Strong curiosity and willingness to adapt to rapidly evolving AI tools 

Good to Have (Bonus Points) 

• Experience editing ads, branded content, or IP-driven content 
• Understanding of sound design and basic color grading 
• Familiarity with YouTube analytics or performance-led editing 
• Experience working with creator/influencer content formats 
• Motion graphics skills
