Job Description
A detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive with experience in managing end-to-end tendering processes for Proactive In & Out advertising Pvt Ltd. Skilled in identifying tender opportunities, preparing compliant bid documents, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission in line with government and private tender requirements. Adept at handling documentation, commercial evaluations, and post-bid clarifications while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Monitoring and identifying relevant tenders on government portals, municipal corporation websites, and private platforms related to OOH media
- Preparing and submitting complete tender documents including technical, commercial, and compliance sections
- Coordinating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams for pricing, BOQs, EMDs, BG
