Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.

• Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and documentation.

• Assist in order processing and ensure timely completion of sales-related activities.

• Maintain customer databases and update information regularly.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Handle email correspondence and customer communications.

• Provide post-sales support and resolve basic customer concerns.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Location: Mumbai (Marole)

Experience: 0–3 Years

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
