Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives

Job Role & Responsibilities

·        Call prospective students and parents from provided leads to explain courses (NEET, JEE Main, Boards).

·        Guide students on course options, fee structure, and batch schedules.

·        Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.

·        Meet daily and monthly outbound call targets and enrollment quotas.

·        Maintain clear and accurate call logs in the database.

Requirements

·        Good communication skills in Hindi / English (Local language is a plus).

·        Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling, or ed-tech / coaching sales preferred (Fresher’s with strong persuasion skills can also apply).

·        Basic knowledge of competitive exams (NEET / JEE).

·        Strong conviction and target-oriented mindset.
