Job Description
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) | Saturday (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about Herbal Hills products and services.
Follow up on leads, generate appointments, and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the CRM system.
Resolve customer queries and objections professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve business targets.
Collect customer feedback and submit regular reports to management.
Key Requirements
Experience: Freshers or 0–5 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge and telecalling, telesales experience will be an added advantage.
Note: Preference will be given to candidates residing on the Western Line of Mumbai.
