Job Description
Telesales Executive – Business Loan Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Fintech / DSA
Job Description: We are looking for a target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate and convert leads for Business Loans. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, understanding customer requirements, explaining loan products, and driving applications.
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Business Loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, and benefits to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into loan applications.
- Follow up with customers for required documents and application status.
- Coordinate with the sales/credit/operations team for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and calling records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Candidate Profile: 6 months–2 years of experience in Telesales / Business Loan / Loan Sales.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or DSA will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Good knowledge of Business Loan products is an advantage.
- Hindi and English required; regional language will be an added advantage.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
