About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager for our Land & Plots Division. The candidate should be capable of handling the complete sales cycle independently - from lead calling to final closing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Handling & Calling:

 - Handle all incoming leads, make outbound calls daily

 - Follow-up with potential clients regularly till closure

2. End-to-End Sales:

 - Manage complete sales process independently - Inquiry, Presentation, Site Visit, Negotiation & Closing

 - Explain land/plots project details, legalities, amenities & USPs to clients

3. Site Visits & Client Meetings:

 - Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients

 - Attend walk-in clients at office and site

4. Land Division Expertise:

 - Must have experience in Land, NA Plots sales

 - Knowledge of land documentation and process is preferred

5. Target & Records:

 - Ready to work on target-based profile

 - Maintain daily call reports, site visit reports, CRM and lead status

 - Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets

6. Coordination:

 - Coordinate with marketing, CRM and legal team for smooth closing

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Real Estate Sales, specifically in Land / Plots

- Proven experience in handling leads from call to closing independently

- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

- Target-driven, self-motivated and disciplined

- Knowledge of Pen, Uran, Panvel land market will be an added advantage
