Customer Support Executive

*📢 Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Female Preferred)*

*📍 Location:* Ghatkopar East, Mumbai

*💰 Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹30,000/month (Based on experience)

*🕒 Timing:* 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

*📅 Weekly Off:* Sunday

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle day-to-day back office operations.

* Work on *Tally* and *Advanced MS Excel*.

* Prepare invoices, quotations, and maintain records.

* Handle customer calls related to *renewals, billing, payments, and follow-up calls*.

* Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate MIS reports.

*Requirements*

* Experience in *Tally ERP* and *Advanced Excel*.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Experience in Back Office, Accounts, or Administration is preferred.

* Graduate candidates preferred.

* *Female candidates preferred.*
