Designation: Apprentice – Talent Acquisition

Job Profile:

The Talent Acquisition Apprentice will support the recruitment team in sourcing quality talent and coordinating end-to-end hiring activities. The role offers an excellent

opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition through on-the-job learning. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for sourcing candidate profiles from job portals and assisting the Talent Acquisition Lead with candidate coordination and recruitment administration.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source candidate profiles from job portals and other approved sourcing channels.

2. Screen and shortlist profiles based on defined job requirements.

3. Coordinate interviews by scheduling discussions and sending interview invitations.

4. Liaise with candidates to ensure timely communication and a seamless recruitment experience.

5. Support Talent Acquisition Leads with offer documentation and other hiring-related administrative activities.

6. Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

7. Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

Role Requirements

Skills & competencies:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and willingness to take ownership.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn recruitment systems and digital tools.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.

MBA/PGDM (HR) or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Training & Development

Structured training will be provided on recruitment sourcing techniques, internal hiring processes, systems, candidate coordination and Talent Acquisition best practices.
