Survey Executive

A Survey Executive is responsible for conducting field surveys, collecting accurate data from customers or target respondents, and preparing reports for analysis. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel to different locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys and collect accurate data from customers, businesses, or target respondents.

Visit assigned locations to gather information through questionnaires, interviews, or digital survey tools.

Ensure all survey data is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.

Explain the purpose of the survey and maintain a professional approach with respondents.

Verify and validate collected information before submission.

Maintain daily records of survey activities and prepare progress reports.

Coordinate with supervisors regarding survey targets and schedules.

Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of collected data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate (as per company requirement).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, tablets, or survey applications.

Ability to travel within assigned areas.

Strong observation and time management skills.

Honest, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred Experience:

Freshers are welcome.

Prior experience in field surveys, market research, customer interviews, or field operations is an advantage.
