Store Incharge

Managing the receipt, storage, and issue of materials/products. 

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels. 

• Monitoring stock movement and preventing shortages or overstocking. 

• Conducting regular physical stock verification and reconciliation. 

• Preparing purchase requisitions for stock replenishment. 

• Supervising store staff and assigning daily tasks and responsibilities. 

• Attending customer calls and responding to inquiries regarding  orders, and stock availability. 

• Issuing stock/materials as per customer or departmental requirements and maintaining proper records. 

• Following up with clients for pending payments and coordinating with the accounts team to ensure timely collections. 

• Ensuring proper storage methods to prevent damage or loss. 

• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store. 

• Keeping records of inward and outward materials using inventory software or manual registers. 

• Coordinating with procurement, sales, production, and other departments for material requirements. 

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and dispatch reports. 

• Handling vendor deliveries and verifying received materials against purchase orders. 

• Investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. 

• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
