Job Description
Key Responsibilities
🔹 E-commerce Accounting & Invoicing
Create and issue GST-compliant invoices for customer orders.
Handle day-to-day accounting for e-commerce sales (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
Reconcile marketplace payments, commissions, and deductions.
🔹 Order & Payment Reconciliation
Track and verify invoices against dispatched orders and returns.
Monitor settlement reports, refunds, and payment cycles.
🔹 Financial Reporting
Maintain accurate books of accounts.
Prepare monthly sales, expenses, and profitability reports for management.
🔹 Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure proper GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
Support audits and coordinate with CA/management for compliance.
🔹 Coordination with Teams
Work closely with sales and logistics teams for dispatch, return, and refund validation.
Communicate with marketplace support teams (Amazon, Flipkart) for any discrepancies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
