Job Description
The E-commerce Manager will own the end-to-end operations of our online storefront. This role blends digital marketing, website merchandising, data analysis, and basic logistics management to drive online sales growth and improve customer retention.
Hard Skills
- Platform experience: Hands-on proficiency with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
- Analytics tools: Competence using Google Analytics to pull reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Marketing tools: Basic experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing software
Soft Skills
- Adaptability: Comfortable shifting from a strategic mindset (planning a launch) to execution (troubleshooting a website bug) on the same day.
