Software Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities (Non-Technical):

1. Communicate effectively with schools and internal teams.

2. Take daily updates from schools regarding software usage and functionality.

3. Coordinate with teachers to address queries related to the software and websites.

4. Coordinate with engineers to keep track of which software version is given to each school. Coordinate with managers to gather and maintain school-specific details.

5. Provide training sessions to teachers on how to use e-library software and websites.

6. Conduct school visits for software checks, updates, and to gather on-ground feedback.

Technical Responsibilities :

1. Possess working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Python, and Google Sheets.

2. Be familiar with database operations and managing XAMPP server environments.

3. Have experience in developing websites using WordPress and Wix Studio.

4. Handle hosting and server-related tasks, including working with platforms like Hostinger and GoDaddy.

5. Create and manage domains and subdomains as needed.

6. Be willing and able to learn new technologies and contribute to the development and improvement of software tools.

Required Skills : 

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

2. Ability to multitask and coordinate across multiple teams.

3. Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

4. The candidate should be able to learn new things quickly, develop new features, and update existing software as needed.
