Job Description

This job is at an Ice Cream store. We have 2 shifts - Morning (9AM to 6PM) and Closing (3:30PM to 12:30AM)


In this job will be responsible for the smooth & efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities include -

  • Greeting Customers,
  • Taking Orders,
  • Upselling,
  • Manage Counter & POS,
  • Handling Delivery Calls,
  • Manage Proper Inventory and Hygiene Standards,
  • Order Settlement,
  • Manage Staff,
  • Open and Close Store,
  • Day-End Reports,
  • Reporting to Management.
