Job Description
Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive will support sales operations by handling customer interactions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to drive efficient sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day sales operations efficiently
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Track and manage all ongoing customer follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer inquiry and follow-up databases
- Support coordination and execution of sales-related projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth workflow
- Conduct basic research to identify improvement areas and suggest solutions
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for review
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
