Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales executive to generate leads, engage prospective clients, and contribute to the organization's revenue by converting inactive clients into active customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads using the provided database through the dialer.
  • Make approximately 200 calls per day on assigned leads.
  • Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Convince customers to open an account with the company.
  • Resolve customer queries within the defined TAT.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports on calls, interested clients, and productivity.
  • Update customer information accurately in CRM.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Stay updated on market trends and company products.

Eligibility

  • Graduate or Undergraduate.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Experience in BFSI, Broking, Banking, or Insurance will be preferred.
