Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with 4–5 years of sales experience and strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into business. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle and contributing to revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, references, networking, and other sales channels.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely conversions.
• Update customer and sales information in CRM or reporting systems.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order/service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
