Key Responsibilities

⁃ Customer Relationship Management:

⁃ - Establish and maintain robust customer relationships through meetings, phone calls, and personal interactions.

⁃ - Serve as a coonection between the company and current and prospective markets.

⁃ Business Networking:

⁃ - Cultivate business connections with Builders, Real Estate Agents, Certified Accountants (CAs), Certified Appraisers (CAs), and Corporate entities.

⁃ Loan Product Guidance:

⁃ - Provide customers with appropriate loan products and explain the terms and conditions clearly.

⁃ - Achieve sales targets across various loan products.

⁃ Coordination with Financial Institutions:

⁃ - Collaborate with bankers to facilitate seamless file processing, including login and disbursement.

⁃ - Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation procedures.

⁃ Document Management:

⁃ - Collect and verify customer documents in accordance with the established checklist.

⁃ Market Trend Analysis:

⁃ - Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights.

⁃ Team Performance Management:

⁃ - Oversee team performance (for senior-level positions) and individual targets.

⁃ - Maintain accurate and comprehensive management information systems (MIS) and generate reports.
