Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Actively reach out to potential leads and convert them into customers.
• Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new clients and spaces, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain sales, client, and operational data in our systems.
• Administrative Support: Provide crucial administrative support to the founders and the team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founders on strategic initiatives and daily operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A female candidate with 0 to 1 year of experience. (Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply!)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and a strong desire to build a career in business development.
• Basic in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• A self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
