Job Description

- Make 100–150 outbound cold calls daily to prospective corporate clients

- Generate qualified leads through telephonic outreach

- Identify and connect with decision-makers — HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and CXO-level contacts

- Introduce Giftech Global's corporate gifting solutions and spark interest among prospects

- Schedule meetings and product presentations for the Business Development team

- Follow up consistently via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

- Build and maintain a database of potential corporate clients

- Keep the CRM updated with call outcomes, follow-ups, and lead status

- Qualify leads based on company size, gifting needs, and buying potential

- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs on calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads

- Coordinate with internal sales teams for smooth lead handovers

- Stay current on corporate gifting trends and industry needs
