Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries, share quotations promptly, and follow up via calls/emails to convert leads into orders while building strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, product details, and manage end-to-end sales support to drive revenue growth.
- Manage export-import documentation, logistics follow-ups, and ensure smooth execution of orders, shipments, LC, and payment processes.
- Address customer and supplier queries professionally, resolve issues, and coordinate meetings with management when required.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly), and support overall office operations, compliance, and team coordination.
