Connecting Cyber Networks Institute in Mumbai offers job-oriented training in Ethical Hacking, Cyber Security, Networking, Cloud Solutions, and Data Science. The institute focuses on providing high-quality, industry-ready training at all levels for various individuals, from beginners to professionals. Courses include technical learning and hands-on experience in various IT domains.

Role Overview:

As a Placement Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the job placement process. Your role will involve coordinating between Company and Students to ensure successful and timely placements. You'll also provide career counseling, conduct interviews, and work closely with companies to understand their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5 years of experience in Placement, Corporate Relations, Talent Acquisition or Business Development.
• Proven experience placing candidates in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cyber Security or Information Security roles.
• Develop partnerships with IT companies, MSSPs, system integrators and staffing firms.
• Existing network of HRs, Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers in IT companies.
• Experience working with training institutes, colleges, universities or staffing firms is preferred.
• Track record of achieving monthly placement targets.
• Experience organizing placement drives, campus recruitment, and virtual hiring events.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in placement coordination.
• Excellent corporate networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Generate placement opportunities for students.
• Schedule interviews and placement drives.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Resume evaluation and candidate profiling.
• Build long-term hiring partnerships.
• Ensure maximum placement percentage for eligible students.
• Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management.
• CRM and Excel proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and job portal experience (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
