Job Description
CleanFoldz (A Paavan Ventures Company) is a premium laundry and dry cleaning company offering high-quality garment care at affordable prices.
We are looking for a proactive Laundry Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily laundry operations from order receipt to dispatch.
- Lead, train, and supervise the operations team.
- Ensure garments meet CleanFoldz quality standards.
- Deliver orders on time while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory, consumables, and machine maintenance.
- Resolve operational and customer issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
- Track and improve productivity, quality, and operational KPIs.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in laundry, hospitality, manufacturing, or operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/MS Office).
- Experience in laundry or dry cleaning operations is preferred.
