HR Recruiter Intern – Job DescriptionPosition: HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and databases.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly candidate sourcing targets.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable making calls and following up with candidates.
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
