About JRLJ. R. Laddha Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is a boutique wealth and investment management firm based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, offering mutual fund distribution services and investment banking.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an HR Executive who can independently drive end-to-end recruitment for the firm — sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other online job platforms — while also supporting core HR operations including employee engagement, induction/onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment

●     Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management

●     Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri, and other online job portals

●     Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates across functions (front office, operations, support)

●     Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and finalize JDs

●     Track recruitment metrics (TAT, sourcing mix, offer-to-join ratio)

●     Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS/trackers

HR Operations & Support

●     Support day-to-day HR operations: attendance, leave records, HR documentation, letters (offer/appointment/confirmation)

●     Coordinate induction and onboarding for new joiners — documentation, orientation, and initial engagement

●     Assist in employee engagement initiatives — events, communication, feedback mechanisms

●     Support HR compliance and record-keeping as required

●     Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes

Candidate Requirements●     Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field

●     2–3 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated hands-on recruitment via online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)

●     Prior exposure to generalist HR activities — onboarding, engagement, HR ops — preferred

●     Strong communication and interpersonal skills

●     Proficiency in MS Office/Excel

●     Experience in financial services/BFSI is an advantage but not mandatory

●     Based in or willing to work from Mumbai (Lower Parel)

●     Comfortable with, or open to learning, AI tools for recruitment (e.g., AI-assisted sourcing, screening, and JD/outreach drafting)
