Job description: (Tender Ex)
Core ResponsibilitiesTender Sourcing: Monitoring procurement portals daily—such as the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)—to spot relevant treatment plant opportunities.
Document Preparation: Compiling technical specifications, commercial bid data, declarations, statutory certificates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
E-Submission: Uploading precise digital bid packages via electronic portals prior to strict submission deadlines using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
Cross-Department Coordination: Working closely with engineering, process, and finance departments to gather precise cost calculations and technical solution designs.
Risk & Compliance Tracking: Tracking updates, clarifying queries with clients, and managing security deposits like Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and Bank Guarantees.
