Job Description

  • ▪ Review the branch NPA client list. ▪ Visit/contact clients and inform them of their NPA overdue status. ▪ Educate client regarding NPA overdue impact of credit bureau reports and elsewhere with an aim to encourage repayments or settlement. ▪ Advise customers on their repayment options and suggest payment methods (Cash or online). ▪ Negotiate suitable payment plans of 2-3 months if required. ▪ Deliver and communicate notice warnings to willful default clientsand maintain appropriate records. ▪ Respond to customer queries and escalate issues when required. ▪ Maintain customer payment records and report to Collection Manager daily
