Sales Co Ordinator JD

1. Preparation of offer in our software and update the status
2. Process incoming Purchase Orders (POs) from clients and ensure compliance with agreed payment terms, specifications, and delivery schedules.
3. Maintain accurate product price lists, client contracts, and bill-of-quantities (BOQ) files.
4. Update and maintain the CRM database daily, ensuring accurate client interaction records, pipeline stages, and pending tasks.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups on pending quotations, unanswered proposals, and payment status with clients.
6. Support the sales team with administrative tasks, client meeting setups, sample dispatches, and sales reports.
7. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries regarding order status, dispatch tracking, invoices, and product catalogue requests.
8. Prepare and maintain the SOP for sales and CRM activities.
9. Preparation of Tender requirements and share the offer
10. Approval in GEM and other required portals for online tendering
11. Fill and share the PQ requirements and share it with client.
12. Prepare and fill the Govt. Tenders with all required documents
13. Followup for payment with channel partners and customers
14. Follow up for invoices and ensure the submission of invoice, RTC and DC to client and also see to it the same is booked in their system
